Madison Newborn Care, founded in 2016, is Madison’s first and only company focused exclusively on newborn care and postpartum support. We are known for raising the standards of quality care in the Madison, Wisconsin area. We employ only the best local professional postpartum doulas and newborn care specialists, personally chosen by the discerning Michelle Linley, Owner and Family Care Coordinator. Our rigorous selection process ensures the highest professional standards are upheld, including CPR/First Aid, professional training and certification, experience level, background checking, and reference checking. We currently have over a dozen employees, which helps us provide stability, availability, and often one on one care for the families we serve.

Experienced

We understand how special and personal it is to find the right caregiver for you and your baby. We make that process easier by doing much of of the work for you. We’ve chosen to work with professionals with all different backgrounds and life experience: all with the most up-to-date standards and training within the postpartum and newborn care industry. Our staff of postpartum doulas and newborn care specialists often have education and backgrounds in nursing, midwifery, early childhood education, and more.

EXPERT COORDINATION

Madison’s most experienced postpartum doula, Michelle Ellinger Linley has been supporting families since 2006. In order that more Madison families might benefit from quality postpartum and newborn care services, Michelle expanded her solo practice in 2016, and it has grown exponentially from there. Michelle has taught workshops and mentored postpartum professionals across the country.
